Virtual Therapeutic/Rest0rative Yoga
Practice from the comfort of your home or wherever life takes you. This class will focus on gentle movement designed to support your body's healing and open tight, resistive areas like the neck, shoulders, and low back. Props recommended are blocks, strap, bolster, and blankets.
